  So far so good with this adapter, works well for my Cello dvd tv. Seller kept me informed from the start of purchase. Came bubble wrapped, plug into socket and away we went. Price was a lot cheaper than others on eBay. Would recommend this seller.

  The item is exactly as described ... a brand new genuine SKY Q remote control at half the price of one from the Sky shop! It has just been delivered within 48 hours of ordering and I have already set it up and paired it with both my Sky Box and my Samsung TV and it is working perfrctly.   Excellent buy, exactly as advertised at a great price and I would use this seller first every time. Included in the package was a note offering direct help online, or by phone if there were any problems with the item and setting up. It also had note to explain how to pair the remote control to my sky Q box. Great customer service so very impressed, that's why I have taken the time to write this. Thank you Craig.

  The items was lost in transit and the seller was only to happy to replace. Seller offered to send a replacement and offered advice to help until we received replacement controller. Sadly I couldn’t wait for replacement so seller refunded original order. Refund was received quickly. I would recommend this seller.
