It was not packed well so all the parts were getting tossed around in shipping. The seller also gave me a propane regulator that was for low pressure instead of one for high pressure. All in all this wok burner is a novelty item. It is not worth the price I paid for it. I purchased a high pressure regulator so it does work the way it is supposed to.

Paid for it and when I got it it had NO instructions, unit was advertised like it came with everything needed to have a walk in but didn’t have the cooler unit. No help when contacted company just said go to utube for instructions.
