  I sent my TomTom Go 5100 for a new usb socket. I had Emails to confirm order received, That I understood it was a service only not a replacement part and where to send my Sat Nav. Then an Email to say it had been received, again when repair completed and posted. I had packed out my socket on the mount with tin foil to stop it slipping. I was suprised to find when the machine arrived back, the plastic shim inside the socket had been replaced as well.as a new USB. No more slipping machine.

  Item arrived as described and was fitted within 5 minutes into the TomTom housing. Mount now sticks and remains attached to windscreen. Excellent. Royal Mail however did not deliver. I had to go to the local depot 10 days after the despatch date and ask then for the item which they found. They had no explanation concerning the delay.

  Excellent service with good communication. Having received my mount, it was dispatched on the same day and having previously ordered the suction cup and unsuccessfully fitted it to the mount, this is by far a better option. Highly recommended.
