  Laptop works great, hardly any signs of wear, just a few little nicks in the outside but invisible to the eye. I bought this laptop for my girlfriend just so she can play simple games that weren’t too performance heavy, but I put this laptop to the test and it can handle a lot while staying cool. This was a great value purchase. I might even steal this from her when I want to play a game when traveling. This seller does quality refurbishing!

  The shipping and packaging of the items was great, but the problem started when doing set-up, the unit is supposed to have a WiFi and Bluetooth card. It didn't have it therefore set-up couldn't be completed also all my external devices are WiFi enabled for streaming. I have contacted the seller and currently waiting for them to send me the promised WiFi and Bluetooth card. They said it should arrive in 2 or 4 business days. I haven't received a notification of tracking number or anything else.
