  The hat is well constructed, but too small in head size. I ordered S/M which is the smallest you can obtain and had to purchase padding to insert in the headband to decrease the size. I don't think this is truly a Stetson brand hat. I would have returned it, but the return charges were not acceptable.

  I would like to thank the seller and eBay for their combined efforts to return this purchase and authorize a refund. I tried my best to assure I was purchasing the correct size by trying on hats at a local western wear store. Unfortunately, the one I purchased was way too big.
