  Items received in good condition; they are in new and unopened condition as described. Shipped quickly but wish had been in waterproof packaging as it was wet and soggy. Product had factory cellophane around it so does not appear damaged.

  The item I received was not as described and the seller claimed it was due to shipping. Upon further inspection of the photo that was posted on the listing, the item was damaged prior to being sent, despite it being listed as mint condition. I will say though that the seller did agree to take the product back and issue a refund, which is why I am saying my experience was "neutral" versus negative. I recommend looking very closely at all photos before buying anything.

  Took just about a Month to go from Virginia to Florida! Domestically that's Ridiculous!!! But if it was internationally that's understandable...which it wasn't!!! But this was all on how bad USPS has become lately!!! Item arrived just as described! Just wish I could make out all the signatures. Could only read about 8 to 9 of the 17 or 18 signatures!
