Since 1884, establishing us as the oldest continually operated and most experienced as well as being the OLDEST pawnshop west of the Mississippi and the oldest of The Collateral Lender, Inc. / Maxferd Jewelry & Loan family. As time changes so do we, always striving to stay updated and current with modern changes to help, educate, and make it easier for our customers. We continuously gain our customers trust and help our community since our establishing in 1984 and with over 99 years of hands on experience between our three (3) veteran staff members and 103 years with knowledge & experience of our diverse staff in this industry.

    i replied to you apoligyzing for the innconvinece, and sent you a return label. At no point did i give you any trouble what so ever. I understand you are upset, like i said in messages, the item could have been damage durring transit or maybe you dropped it by accident i dont know but regardless i sent you a return label and i didnt give you any hassle. There is no need for you to try to insult people. especially someone you cant see in person, im sure you would be using a different tone.
