  Gloomy is really cute and soft. Due to being a used item, the hair tips, toes, and ears are a little dirty, but it doesn’t bother me too much since he is still very pink. The quality of the product is also in good condition, with the tags still intact, and the fur doesn’t shed. Coconoa was also really nice about explaining the shipping, and gave a folded crane and a thank you card. The packaging was well secured and double packaged, so, the value wasn’t that bad.

  Amazing seller, package came from Japan to Poland in less than a week.Plushie is very accurate to description, nicely packed and the whole thing had very nice additional gifts. Contact was constant and replies were quick, seller helped me with choosing best shipping method and explained the whole duty thing.

  this seller has been an absolute joy. i am immensely satisfied with my experience. the shipping was faster than i expected. the items i ordered had all their tags and wrapped in plastic still. brand new. and when there was an imperfection(small tear at a seam, likely a manufacturing imperfection and no fault of their own) they offered to replace the item or refund me right away. luckily that was unnecessary. amazing customer service and quick communication. i will be buying from them again.

  The package arrived way sooner than expected, the seller was super honest about the condition of the product, even though the stains were barely noticable and was helpful in sending extra images of the stains when I asked. They included a hand written note with a freebie in my package and regularly updated me on the progress of my package by telling me when they had posted it etc. The seller always messaged back quickly and politely, helping with any questions I had. 100% would reccomend :)

  Seller was good at communicating and answered as soon as possible. She was clear about what would be happening with the process. I do not shop online often, as I often worry, but she was very helpful and answered questions which helped me relax.The item came a couple of days earlier than the listed arrival date. It was in two plastic bags inside an EPS bag. The only sign of aging was the red bottom tag being faded. The plush was in great condition. There was even a thank you note and origami.
