  Purchase items from this seller at your own risk! The seller posted inaccurate and conflicting information about the product that I didn’t catch, and it was my fault for purchasing the item because of that. Absolutely horrible customer service! Seller would rather argue than take full responsibility for their mistake - and make it right! My loss no matter what solutions the seller proposed! Sellers like this make EBay look bad!

  I admitted the mistake that I MADE in the listing. Buyer was told to open a return and she would be refunded when the item was returned to me in same condition as it was sent. Buyer repeatedly threatened me with negative feedback and demand I send her a refund WITHOUT her sending it back. Don't sell to this buyer --- she has her own "return or I should say refund policy" -- she won't use eBay's procedures for a return.

  So well wrapping. Each glass has wrapped in bubble wrap with cardboard on the ends. There was styrofoam on the top, bottom, and in between. They were shipped out quickly! They are perfect and exactly as described. This means so much because they were the same kind my parents used at their wedding and I was able to get them more after their wedding glass broke. 100/10 I am so happy
