  Prompt contact, shipping and messaging. Excellent packaging. Item condition was slightly variant from description, and CNE Direct immediately solved the issue. The computer was clean-wiped, and came with SSD and RAM in good condition, passed all bench-marking. Excellent value for the money. I would buy from this seller again.

  UPS sucked, but everything with the seller went great! Great product, great condition, great value and (thankfully) great packaging. I will complain about UPS here though so hopefully the seller can see if multiple customers had problems with them. They changed the delivery date from 1 to 2 days after the original delivery date 3 separate times just to deliver it the initial day. The package came extremely dented and I was genuinely worried about the laptop. Laptop worked though, so thank you!

  Sadly, the machine (X1 Carbon G9 Cert. Refurb.) I received from this seller was DOA **however** the return and refund process --subtracting the typical headaches, costs and inconveniences associated with purchasing and not receiving what one paid for --was a no-questions-asked, straightforward return and refund. I would have preferred someone from the company reach out to assist but all things considered, I've purchased from this seller previously and plan to again. Need an X1 G9 Carbon!
