  This item arrived in about 10 days which was impressive. Unfortunately the box had been squashed to 3/4 of its original size during transit. When I opened the box as expected the catapult and reel had been trashed. But on contacting this seller I was immediately offered and received a full refund no questions asked. So though I can’t comment on the product the customer service could absolutely not be better.

  Parcel arrived well packaged and undamaged. Excellent communication throughout,arrows are good quality. I ordered them on 2nd October they arrived on the 11 of October which I think is a quick delivery time from China Would definitely recommend
