Bought this phone for my daughter as her 1st phone for her 11th birthday & it's been a total pain, the battery doesn't last more than few hrs, even when switched off! I bought another battery for replacement only to realise I can't even change it myself but has to be done by an expert. Experts are charging £50! Why would I buy a phone for £85, battery £15, fitting £50... ?... If I had £150 I would've bought a better phone! These phones should be out of circulation!!
