  product is fine good quality. Shipping leaves a lot to be desired, shipped from NY to NJ then nothing several days later reappeared in Alb. NM with usps. Tracking not too good. Amazon packaging This seller fails to answer questions. Will think about future purchases.

  The product never arrived when it says it was delivered today then I go into the account and a refund was issued two days ago. The seller never even contacted me to let me know that the product wasn’t coming. I don’t appreciate the customer service or the lack thereof with this seller.

  I was given a tracking number that went somewhere else and it was a huge box, not my house in the FedEx delivery photo. Asked seller twice for a proper tracking number or if the item was even shipped but no response Bought at Best Buy as I need them.

  Never got item. They sent me a tracking number that was for another customer. I found out because I contacted FedEx ground and they told me the number was not for my address. I emailed the seller several times and got no response other than saying it was delivered. Yes, FedEx delivered a package that was not for me. FedEx said the seller had to contact them to fix the situation. They did not. Thank God that Ebay stepped in. Stay away, stay away from this seller.
