  While the end result was that the wrong product was received. I don't believe that is entirely the fault of the seller. There was a short delay in getting the product shipped initially. I think the product was hard to find and a third party was used to ship the product. That being said the third party got the correct order from the seller and just shipped the wrong product. Communication with the seller was excellent and kept me informed. I had to return the item and received a full refund.

  I had an issue with an item purchased and the seller stood by his product. He arranged UPS pick up twice as I was not here the first time UPS arrived. He stayed in communication the whole time. I would definnetly buy from him again.

  Let me say first, I was worried about shipping time, but this seller was true, accurate, very helpful, courteous and kind. The item arrived fast, packaged exceptionally well. I am returning to see what else I can find for my Christmas shopping. Thank you so very much.

  Item came as promised ....... But seller lied about location. Description say in Pennsylvania........but seller address and shipped from Israel..... I won't buy from liars .
