    there was a short delay in delivery, due the item not being in stock. However the company contact ed me and offered me another golf bag or I could wait 2/3 days for delivery of the original order. I opted to wait. the golf bag arrived a couple of days later. the company kept in touch with me giving me updates, which I appreciated. excellent service.
