  I ordered a grey Fedora with a black band. Upon receiving a wrong item, I advised the seller that I wanted a refund. The seller originally said they would refund my money without a return. They later said they wanted the hat back. After several attempts at getting a return postage form with no results, I contacted Ebay who also did nothing to help. I have now turned this over to my bank. After being a member of Ebay for over 20 years, I will no longer be purchasing through Ebay because of this

  Not true to color. They look nice and appears well made to be well made but if you need a specific color be careful. I ordered navy but mine is blue/grey and says navy on the tag.

  Well there was a big mishap where two hats were ordered but it took me sometime to get them to realize I only wanted one and then I got the wrong size so now I'll be returning my hat, I know this seems like everything went wrong but it was partially my fault (partially) I will give them another try I like some of their stuff .
