  Wrong bracelet.I contacted the seller and she said they must have mixed them up and she'll send me a label or she has another I could get and sent a pic.So she sent me 3,had 1,and I asked so what happened to 2 that I ordered?She got Curt and said she already told me they got mixed up WHEN SHIPPED OUT.No, just now you stated when shipped out.I told her to contact the other buyer then.After all theirs was wrong too right?She states they didn't respond.Sounds like the bait and switch queen to me.

  This was an honest mistake three bracelets almost identical other than matrix. We tried contacting the other buyer even before responding to this person. We tried three times to be exact with no response so obviously wanted to keep the cuff. This buyer started using foul language and getting nasty, we said we do have this other one available or we can send a return label. She got even rudier. I am sorry but what's wrong with the world today people are so mean and nasty over a bracelet.
