  Item arrived broken and missing parts, none of which was noted or pictured in listing. Seller claimed it wasn't broken before shipping but I find that highly doubtful. Item wasn't worth the price I paid for it in the condition it arrived.

  The item that the buyer purchased was new and in the box still when it was shipped. He even stated that the outer shipping box had damage. Not sure why he would write this if it is obvious it got damaged in shipping. He was offered a full refund If it was returned but they wanted to keep it. They never even showed me what was broke. It had shipping insurance so they must of claimed that. They threatened bad feedback if I didn't refund their money without the return and I guess they were right.
