  I needed a replacement Churchill blue willow plate as a gift for my daughter who had broken one of hers. The price was fair and shipping was quick. My plate was well packed and in excellent condition when it arrived despite a large hole in the outer box that the postman even made a picture, just in case the content was damaged. The plate was even in better shape than described. Overall, I had a great experience with this seller.

  USPS lost this item in transit and shipped it all over the place. At 3 weeks and no delivery, the seller refunded my money. The item finally arrived. Excellent customer service and they did everything they could to track the item down. The item was packaged perfectly, just as described!

  Beautiful, vintage teapot, just as described. Shipped quickly; packed with glass item in mind (carefully) and item arrived safe and sound.   Oh my goodness!! These glasses are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! And they were packed SO incredibly well!! This seller should give lessons on how to pack fragile items safely. SRSLY!! (I've had a few bad experiences with fragile items arriving broken due to shoddy packing.) The price was fantastic as well. And I had asked the seller to delay shipping, as I was going to be away all week, and they timed the arrival perfectly. All-around fantastic shopping experience!! I highly recommend this seller! AA++
