  I had entered an incorrect shipping address and contacted the seller to please cancel the order so I could repurchase it with the correct shipping address. He was very communitive and we were able to get that order canceled and credited and the new order with the correct shipping address resolved within a half an hour. The product shipped and arrived promptly and as promised. The item was exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend this seller!

  This elf arrived quickly, was safely packaged, was as described and is too cute. There was a slight glitch with the amount agreed on and the seller was quick to rectify the the problem with no issues. This seller was very easy to work with and I appreciated all efforts.   Seller inspected the VHS clamshell case for cracks and chips per our request (ebay note). Asked the seller to not ship VHS tape, refund our purchase amount, and send us a message if cracks or chips found on VHS clamshell case. Appearance of the case is very important to my son. Seller found cracks/chips, did not ship the VHS tape, sent a message, and refunded the purchase amount. Thanks seller. 5 stars!

  I was hesitant to buy these books because the seller did not offer a return policy but I decided to buy them anyways. They were printed in 1993 and it's now 2025 and the books are in excellent condition. They look as is they are brand new. Great packaging, shipping and value. The condition is as described if not better. Thank you very much.

  Item was listed in 'Good' condition, but I'd say the case and artwork are closer to 'Very Good' with the discs, manual, and maps being closer to 'Like New'. It was shipped out the same day in a bubblewrap mailer with a couple sheets of corrugated cardboard on either side of the case for a little extra protection. I was notified of shipment and provided with tracking. I'm very happy with my purchase and can easily recommend the seller. Thank you, Chocolate Mochi.
