  I will firstly praise your service on emailing to say you has despatched my order and it was great to receive my order within 3 days of me ordering from you probably as you used Royal Mail as your courier.The Tangle Teeser arrived in perfect condition as it was packed in a well taped cardboard box. I chose the Tangle Teeser from chockablocked as it was the best value on ebay. Once again a big thank you for your great service.

  Item as advertised, nice model and quickly sent. Packaging 6/10, the nacelles were both unfortunately broken and will need gluing back together but given our local posties have a habit of brutalising parcels, this isn't entirely on the seller. Would buy again, just be aware that these models are a bit fragile.

  Excellent seller. The item arrived damaged. It happens to everyone at some point. I sent an email and photo showing the damage. As soon as he saw the damage, he sorted the return and refund. The customer service was faultless. I would buy from this seller again.
