  I asked if the delivery was Canada Post & I was told it was the Post Office, which is of course Canada Post b4 buying so this is what I was expecting. But this other carrier picked up. The guys in Ontario are fine but it's when it comes to local delivery that the problem occurs. They went as far as giving me another first name & even a # gender, after we spoke. This has nothing to do with the seller but everything to do with the item and the fact I don't want to be given another first name.

  Seller was very stubborn in refusing to provide refund even though I canceled my order within 24 hours of purchase. The reason was that the item pictured was not waht seller was planning to ship - it was a BAIT & SWITCH, and I caught it BEFORE Seller shipped the item. I found the item at a good price form another seller, but ChinaMedicalShop still held off and tried to give me a printer instead of refunding my money, then they agreed to the refund but not the taxes or the ALLSTATE WARRANTY.
