  Great seller, good communication throughout the buying process. The laptop is exactly, if not better than described & was securely packaged. I've given it over a week of use to make sure that there aren't any hidden issues & can say that it works perfectly without any flaws, great value for the price. Only complaint is that I paid for next day delivery but the item wasn't registered as shipped until a day later meaning I had to re-arrange shipping, getting it 2 days later. Choose free shipping.

  I received the item within 2 days of ordering, by courier. The item was well packaged and came with all the accessorites as stated. There was a issue with the model listed and I contacted the seller who replied immediately and has resolved the issue promptly and would recommend purchasing from this seller in the future.
