    My parcel arrived fairly quickly but unfortunately, one of the plates was damaged despite the fact that they were packaged well. I contacted the seller who apologised and said they would send a replacement plate for the one that was damaged. This arrived very quickly and there was even more packaging this time so it arrived safely. Excellent communication from the seller and very pleased with my purchase. Great value and great plates for baking apple pies. 😁

    Item as described but took nearly two weeks to arrive and seller did not respond to communication. It said it was Royal Mail 48 which I took to mean the tracked service but it wasn't so I couldn't track it. Marked as dispatched doesn't necessarily mean dispatched. I won't use this seller again.

    Excellent service. Ordered on Tuesday arrived today(Saturday). Thank you Castle gate. So glad you sent my blade so quickly has the last company I ordered from took 7 days to send the order and the wrong item arrived.Item that Ive bought from you is what was described. Will definitely check out your post next time I'm needing any similar items.

    Item as described, well packaged, cheapest genuine Brabantia cover I could find… Tracking not the greatest buts that’s Royal Mail for you and dispatch could of been a little quicker !! Still a positive experience though 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
