  Don't buy from this seller! She uses deceiving listing practices. She stated the item was gently used and also stated that the item was new in the box but when it arrived it was used and missing some important parts. Seller offered for me the return the item but I would have to pay for shipping, so I loose money either way!

  As in previous communication, we encourage you to open a return for the item. This item title states that it was used and shows the photo of the item that did not have the keepers on them. Again, we are sorry for any confusion that you were not aware they were not included. We are happy to issue a full refund including shipping upon return to our store.

  This lead rope was listed as "emerald green." But the lead was not emerald green. It was more like aqua in color. So I notified the seller that I wanted to return it, and the seller was great about it! The lead rope was packed well, and shipping was fast! A++++ seller!

  Shipped with care. Product as listed. And I really like that we have 30 days to return, only a few sellers offer that and it’s probably the most important thing to offer with saddles. Every horse and every rider is different so having that as an option is a must!
