  The item was misrepresented. Two were ordered and paid for when only one was available. The condition was not new still waiting for a refund to credit my account after the return was accepted. Item in the box was not what was on the label, which was what I needed. also, there was no communication or credit on the second unfulfilled item, even when the mistake was noticed. Have a good day.
