  While the club (Callaway Rogue ST Max 5 wood) was marketed as "pre-owned", it was brand new. The club head was still wrapped up and doesn't look like it's ever been hit, as was stated in the item description. The original head cover was included. I received a Certificate of Authenticity via email, and a 12 month limited warranty. The club arrived in the time as stated by the seller. Would recommend this seller.

  Callaway Pre-owned is my new favorite place to shop. I have bought 3 in the past 6 weeks. Awesome place to shop, honest and forthright in the description of the clubs. Shipping is great and packaged very well. The value is just plain great, and the appearance of the driver is practically brand new looking. Now to see what I can find to buy next from Callaway pre-owned.

  I have ordered from Calloway pre owned before and it was a positive experience. They came thru again. Club is probably better than described. I will know more more tomorrow when I try it out.   The pitching wedge I received is in excellent condition! I was a bit concerned about the condition of the club face, since there wasn't a photo, but it exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with my purchase, the quality, the price and the fast delivery! The golf club was well packaged and arrived safely.   Very happy with the purchase. The Club is like new and was packaged very well. My only complaint is the seller never sent us a tracking number and we did not receive any notification on ebay that the club was on the way until the day it was delivered. It would have been nice to know that the item had been shipped so we would know when to expect it
