  Very responsive and kind. When I received the DSI, it turned out that the screen was actually damaged and not the screen protector but the seller was very understanding and offered me options and was apologetic. In the end they ended up sending me a partial refund to cover the cost of a new screen and I was able to replace it and it works perfectly now. I'm very excited to play me DSI and everything aside from the screen which was fixable was in perfect condition. Will buy from them again!
