  Anfangs war ich mir nicht sicher ob ein Rad aus China die beste Wahl ist, aber ich wurde positiv überrascht. Optik top, Verarbeitung des Rahmens top und die Komponenten alle Shimano 105 Reihe. Bin die ersten 50 km gefahren und völlig zu Frieden. Versandzeit war angegeben 27.10 bis 7.11 kam aber am 24.9, bestellt am 17.8. Die Verpackung könnte stabiler sein, Karton war sehr deformiert. Aber am Rad alles ok. Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer top, 10 min Reaktionszeit. Kann man nur empfehlen.

  I've never bought anything this expensive from China. I was a bit sceptical. Once my order was in I received a message from them . Asking which way round I wanted the brakes, unfortunately they didn't have the colour I request but had a B frame, same colour but slightly different. I wish I'd waited until they had the colour I wanted. It's built well and all parts are well known names such a Shimano. Communication was good including dispatch number . From order date to delivery was 20 days.

  Alles top. Bestellung kam in der genannten Lieferzeit an. Customer Service war gut. Immer erreichbar. Antwortet sehr zügig zurück. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

  I was offered DPD shipping for an extra £70 which was totally worth it; the frame set arrived two weeks earlier than estimated. Great paint job and well packaged. I haven’t ridden it yet, but I’m looking forward to!

  I have nothing but positive Feedback for both, Service and Bike. I have to admit, it took me some self-convincing to order a bike from China (I am based in Germany) with the risk of non-delivery. The bike arrived in about 4 week, earler than expected and was delivered to my door step, as promissed. The bike is flawless. I would not know what to enhance on this bike. It is the lightest Gravel Bike I have ever seen. For this price, this is not beatable. I am thinking of getting a second bike!!!

  There were some real issues with the order. I had ordered 42x100 bars and was promised images of them before dispatch. Never happened and ended up with the standard 42x90 bars. Also, the complete headtube/steerer set of bearings and bungs were missing so had to wait another two weeks for those. Seller was very reluctant to offer any discounts and told me I probably would not be able to get the handlebar size I wanted anymore. Eventually got £60 discount but please avoid this seller. Not great.
