  Item arrived from Amazon with no tracking and no indication that it had been shipped. Seller is terrible with communication and would not reply to questions related to where the item was or when it would ship days after the order. With that said, seller did deliver and the item seems to work fine.

  Though the dough hook looked like it was well-made and a quality product, unfortunately, it was the wrong size for my KitchenAid mixer. The seller sent the return label for the dough hook quickly, so shipping it back was fast and easy. Thank you for being so understanding.
