  The seller sold used Starbucks cup with lots of scratches and chipped colour as a New item and didn’t agree the scratches. I had to zoom his listings photos which wasn’t clear, to see how he was hiding them but I could notice them shortly after some screenshots and he didn’t reply me back after I sent his own photos to him which showed the scratches.

  As we stated we would look into it. You are in a different time zone in the US. The item was returned per eBay for a refund, and as you stated the scratches/scuffs where in the listing photos. We should have taken better pictures, but this item was NEW and never used it was a shelf pull. And like we said we are in a different time zone and don't sit waiting for messages and we said we were looking into it. Plus you got a great deal with the price offered. Thank you.
