  Item arrived factory sealed, but the box had visible damage on the top flap that was not shown or mentioned in the listing. The description said ‘see pictures of the actual item,’ but the flaw was not clearly visible. With no returns accepted, this was disappointing — especially for a collector expecting mint condition.
