  Item was delivered. I bought it. It did say it was new took it out of the box has wood chipped from being installed from another box still has a screw in it. One wire is still plugged into the ground side, so just speaker is not new and we stated that it was new if I would’ve known I would’ve not purchased from this person that’s why I bought it cause it said it was new. I could’ve paid less for a used one.

  Hi, We are so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with item, I wish you would have reached out as we would like to resolve the issue in a satisfactory way. We had several of these speakers, and I didn't realize a used one got mixed in with the new inventory.
