  (Grade a-) Excellent quality German tool piece @very good price w/free shipping. Packaging was adequate. Love items in this store, some regrets @shipping/handling/communications: unit arrived twice as late as last set arrival date- appeared to start @store 250mi away then last arrival date showed shipped @(HQ?) distributor in KS. No updates on change in seller or unit distribution/delay in shipment, had to track thru EBAY page. Otherwise a great deal but twice as late coming/no updates. Thanks

  1st Set was wrong. That was Norseman's fault for sending wrong stuff to Bower and then Bower for not checking the last box. Not normal for Bower. That said Bower had me promptly return the drill set. Confirm that it was indeed wrong. Refunded the 1st Set. Contacted Norseman and got Me the Correct set. I reordered them. I received it today and it looks really good. Bower did a great job here. Now to buy the matching metrics.
