  I recieved the watch today. The watch however is not working properly. The seller stated the watch had a new battery. When I sat the time on the watch the second hand moved around the dial one time and then stopped. The minute hand did not move at all. I tried to set the watch several times, but always with the same results. I would like to know the process to return the watch so I can recieve a refund. I have not communicated with the seller directly. Thank you.
