  The seller should never try to sell find jewelry. I reached out ahead of time to make sure the chain was solid 14 karat gold as described, and a seller assured me it was not plated or filled but solid 14 karat gold. Lo and behold it was stamped 925 silver, with gold plating. When I reached out to the seller, he argued that it was gold, and that the same chain was sold on Amazon. I had to point out to him where on Amazon in the description it said the necklace was only plated.

  This item is solid gold. The buyer claimed otherwise and stated they would need to pay $100 for an appraisal. That is incorrect. Appraisals can be obtained free of charge at most pawn shops, as we confirmed when we had it appraised ourselves. They refused to get it appaised so they returned this item. Amazon has many avaialble. This was made by nuragold. They only sell authentic.
