    I decided to order from this seller based on the excellent reputation he got. My order arrived on time and as described. Unfortunately a small piece of the item was broken. I contacted the seller. Few minutes later, I received a phone call from the seller apologizing about this issue (mostly a transportation problem). The seller offered either a replacement or a percentage discount. I really appreciate the professional and friendly response. I highly recommend this seller.

    I ordered a Craftsman 11 PC 6 point socket set, when I received the order 1 socket was missing. I messaged Indiana Parts about the issue, they got back to me within a few minutes and said they would take of it. By early afternoon the next day the missing socket was shipped and on it's way. Indiana Parts has reasonable prices and excellent service, I highly recommend this seller. Thanks guys !
