    Seller did not protect the item during shipping so the package arrived with bare metal parts hanging out of the box. Seller declined multiple requests for better information and only posted stock photos. Emailed description was misleading. Best to avoid this seller.

    You purchased an open box item, and we packaged it like a new rack. It is nearly impossible to photograph polished aluminum for light scratches. If this was damaged during shipping, then please return it: this was not our fault and did not require negative feedback. Please do not purchase from us again..
