  Just received the FPCM and it's dirty & has scratches all over it, I paid 127.10$ which included shipping for 9$ and some change. I contacted the seller and they advised me they are refurbished and reprogrammed, and that a brand new one would cost 400$ (without being reprogrammed)!! I understand that, but it's from a junkyard because it has yellow writing on it and it's numbers!!! The listing for this specific item through BadNewsRacing states that it's "NEW" but that's false advertising!!!
