  Items were shipped right away and delivered quick. The refurbished Sandisk Clip Jams do seem to actually be refurbished. I was skeptical that they might be used units packaged up and sold as refurbished. The dead giveaway is that with this product, after a couple years, the USB connection to PC starts to get flaky. It takes alot of plugging and replugging to get the connection to happen solid enough to transfer files. I didn't have any of those problems here.
