    in terms of shipping speed and communication, this was done pretty well. updates even when i didn't ask for them are a nice touch. packaging was simple and neatly. as for the condition of the laptop, it was pretty good, and everything works solid, the condition is high quality. the only thing im disappointed in is the fact that the stylus doesn't seem to be functioning. quite the let down honestly, but other than that, this is great value.

    Everything was as expected when it arrived, and very thorough communication throughout the shipping process. I had not understood that the battery life was reduced so much on the computer, but I see that it says that in the description so no worries.
