  Very impressed with seller as I contacted him/her before purchase to query how to request a specific (offered) feature. Received a response within an hour or two to say that this could be done. Bought the (refurbished) item which arrived not only promptly but also very well packaged in excellent condition and with all accessories, including manual.   Absolutely great seller, the item was packed really nicely, they used almost a full roll of high quality bubble wrap to make sure it arrives in good condition. The laptop was in original box with all necessary items included (true to description). So far a great experience and everything seems to be in order.
