  The drive trays arrived in good condition and excellently packed. I have already purchased more items from this seller. The price was the best I found by far. The only downside was the amount of time between the sale and the items being shipped, but the seller responded quickly when I inquired about shipping.

  First I got wrong item due dual address label on the parcel. Customer service just asked me that do I want a full refund or re-ship the correct item. No need to return wrong item. The correct item arrived soon. Best a class seller!

  Relatively fast shipping to Sweden and the item arrived very well packed. But the item was not new, contrary to the seller's description. It had clear signs of previous use, but I don't really care as it was way cheaper than what is available within EU and does the job just fine in an old Dell R730 server. All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
