  Seller offered a replacement ornament to take place of original ornament that we ordered but was damaged in transit; replacement ornament was a higher price but Seller kindly did not charge us the additional cost, which was at least a third higher; Seller was very quick to ask us if we wanted a refund or to choose our own replacement ornament with no limitations on price, etc. which we did; we will be shopping here again regularly, as this transaction all around was AAA+++
