  As described. I ordered it in late Dec, but it was lost by shipping services and finally got it 2 months later. Seller was understanding, replied very quickly,and sent a replacement. He even offered some money back for my troubles, but I refused it as he was so understanding and responsive. Excellent service!!

  This seller provided the best shipping I have ever received. The light stops were placed in a plastic tube so that they wouldn’t be broken during shipping. I highly recommend!

  The seller is great! Very responsive and supportive. The product arrived with a couple of connectors being broken. I managed to fix one myself, but the other one was impossible to fix. Seller offered to send me a replacement right away. In any case, you should carefully inspect the new strips and check ALL connectors BEFORE you take your TV apart! These things are quite fragile and may get damaged in transit.
