Unfortunately, I did not receive the item I ordered. I believe there was a mix up in shipping process. What I got was the package with the label...empty. It did not look like it was ever sealed. One possibility is that the packaging got sent out before the order was actually completed for shipment, or the item fell out somewhere along the way. Regardless, I don't think the seller had anything to do with this problem. Very helpful in resolving the problem.

I purchased the same socks from two different sellers. I did NOT receive yours and it was signed for my a man named C England. The package was delivered to a person name C. ENGLAND, not to me. I contacted Federal Express who opened a support ticket. I was told to reach out to the seller as you created the shipping label. Have not received refund or socks. Seller shipped to someone else, not me.

I did not get what I ordered I received the bands in the first picture but they used the next 3 photos to sell them. They don’t work to replace a Fitbit inspire 3 band so don’t buy them. I contacted the seller but they didn’t seem to care. The only good thing was they can in the time frame they were suppose to.

UNSCRUPULOUS SELLER - DECIDED TO CANCEL ORDER & INCREASE PRICES AFTER WE ALREADY BOUGHT & PAID ~ I bought on 27FEB & Seller "shipped" on 27FEB & tracking showed en route w/ UPS. Seller contacted us on 03MAR and said item was "lost in transit" and refunded us w/ NO REPLACEMENT OPTION, yet tracking looked fine and then was then marked "delivered" on 04MAR at our address, but we received nothing?!? Tried to purchase the SAME EXACT ITEM on the SAME EXACT LISTING but now its 26% MORE IN PRICE!!!!!!!!
