  I don't like giving negative reviews, but the item was delayed. I contacted the seller about the delay and the seller didn't respond until I got eBay involved. They apologized and sent out another water heater promptly, but unfortunately the water heater they sent was the ME40B, not the ME40 that we ordered. They are completely different sizes and doesn't fit our space. We will keep it and use it elsewhere and order the correct one from a different seller.
