  Received my item. It was used, dirty, and soiled. I contacted the seller, who said they'd ship out another one. I never heard any more. Contacted them again. Still nothing. I just wand my money refunded.

  Broken and feels like it’s a 2:nd sortment machine. The dispenser holder for the powder milk was concave so i had to buy a new one from baby brezza. Now the motor and the gears for dispensing the powder don’t have the power to turn and it sounds like a drilling machine when it’s turning. Good to know for the next person that will buy the something in the blind so to say.

  DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! I ordered a bassinet and received air filters in a beat up box that was falling apart. I tried making contact with the seller and never got a response. This seller should be banned from ebay!

  Item works well, however this item was sold as new and clearly was not. The box was torn up, most of the protective packaging was missing and the unit itself had a pretty big crack in the casing. The seller was easy to work with though and we agreed on a price that avoided me having to ship the item back. Although my item had issues, the product itself works great so far.
