  The watch came and was just as described. Care was taken in the packaging, and they were prompt (same day) in shipping as well. We communicated once prior, and they were also prompt in replying to my inquiry. Easy seller to do business with. The image I provided was simply to show that the back could indeed come off, though they stated they could not get it off. It just needed the proper tools. :-)
