  I have not seen any emails regarding the size of the shams being smaller than the photos on the bed.

  The item is EXACTLY as described. It is boudoir sham 12x17 in as stated in listing description multiple times with pictures of the actual sham with size label. Message was sent to buyer PRIOR TO SHIPPING with pictures of the sham to confirm the size via ebay message system. The buyer never responded to messages nor contact me after receiving the sham. We have 100% feedback rating and we are selling new YD on ebay for over 20 yrs. Our reputation speaks for itself.
